Hope this finds things going well for the ministry! Just to let you know the woman that you see standing in the middle of the children went to Uganda for 30 days and is now on her way home, however her ministry there was intense for many groups of people. Probably the most was at the Mubende Orphanage, which is south of Kampala and has about 150 children within its compound. This group is in dire need of just about everything that you can imagine, including clothes, fresh water and toiletries. Yolanda Paniagua, from here in Southern California has been there three times now and is making a huge impact as she continues to raise money for their care.
Needless to say, the blessings were great when she was able to take the last three boxes of clothes that I had to the group on this trip. Unfortunately however, there were no shorts or t-shirts for the boys, which had all been given in prevous trips. In the future, we must remember to take plenty for the boys as well. The girls however were blessed and thilled about the gift.
Thanks again for your dynamic coverage of God’s love through the gift of clothing. As I said, there is so much that needs to be done to improve their quality of life but just this simple gesture brings smiles to their faces and let’s them know that we are thinking about them 1/2 way around the globe! Please continue this great ministry!
All our love,
