Happy New Year!

Wishing all of you the best of 2015!   We have a lot going this year and I am delighted to see the continued growth in the ministry of Little Dresses for Africa.  I hesitate to thank anyone because each person is so very special.  We are grateful for each of you and the contributions you make.  Whether you are sewing, writing checks for shipping, telling others or going to Africa with us, we are indebted to you and on behalf of the children we thank you sincerely.

The improvements in the Villages are so apparent and I want you to know that you are making a difference!  We have just installed a well at the Village at Mataka where our distribution center is, outside of Lilongwe, the Capital of Malawi.  Today our friends there will be distributing items out of the warehouse to 9 villages.  We are so grateful for their help.  Distributions are not easy and we are thankful for their help and we pray that the people will be blessed and the Glory will be to God alone.

We are fast approaching our trip in March 2015 with a BIG team of 15.  Details will be shared as they materialize but we are excited for some hands on projects.  We will be installing the soccer field and distributing Team Shirts for the Nan Ray Rams to Villages in Thobola.  We will be visiting Ministry of Hope and working with their projects on the ground and much, much more.

Our 1,2,3…GO! program is in full swing and the plans to go to a new Village and put in 1. Clean Water  2. Primary School  3.  A Multipurpose building  and then on to another Village, are well under way.  Please join us in reaching our goals.  Clean Water Saves Lives immediately,  Primary Education changes the future, and a Multi-purpose building sustains the community and allows a place to gather, meet and/or worship.  For each Village we need 500 people to commit to $10/month for a year or a one time donation of $120 per family and we can make this happen for only $60,000.  That’s amazing to me.  We already have people on board.  Please join us!

Happy New Year to all of you and blessings in the New Year!

Love, Rachel
